Do You Offer Emergency Service?
Yes. Centco offers 24/7 emergency service for natural gas equipment. Our technicians, trained at the École de technologie gazière, respond quickly to minimize service interruptions in your building.
What Accreditations Does Centco Hold?
Centco is a member of the CMMTQ (Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec) and the CMEQ (Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec). The company is also a certified Énergir partner and holds a valid RBQ licence (5596-0736-01).
Are Grants Available for Modernizing My Boiler Room?
Yes. Grant programs are offered by Énergir and Hydro-Québec for modernization and energy efficiency projects. As a certified Énergir partner, Centco helps you identify the programs your building is eligible for. Contact us to learn more.
What Is a Backflow Prevention Device, and Does My Building Need One?
A backflow prevention device prevents contamination of the municipal water system. The Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) requires one to be installed in any building with 8 units or more. Centco has specialized in this installation for more than 30 years.
How Often Should Boilers and Water Heaters Be Serviced?
Boilers and water heaters require annual maintenance performed by a certified technician. Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance, prevents costly breakdowns, and extends the life of your equipment.
What Is Dual-Energy, and Is My Building Eligible?
Dual-energy combines an electric heating system and a natural gas system in the same mechanical room. It's generally available to residential buildings with 19 units or fewer. Grants are available through Énergir and Hydro-Québec. Contact us to check your building's eligibility.
How Does the Quote Request Process Work With Centco?
Submit your request through our online form or contact our estimating department directly at estimation@centco.com or at 514-483-4550 ext. 236. Our team will review your project and provide you with a detailed service proposal as quickly as possible.
